With a firm foundation in HATHA yoga, SLOW FLOW covers a full repertoire of postures, sun salutations, breathing exercises and guided relaxation techniques with a slower pace of sequencing. Build confidence and familiarity in postures; discover how to use and incorporate props to make postures accessible.

Often referred to as 'the golden hour'; the early morning is when our body is at its MOST honest, the mind is still, having just woken from sleep, so this is an ideal time to practice yoga.Early morning classes begin with Surya Namaskara; the traditional practice of honouring a new day: the rising of the sun while opening to the light of your heart.
