LUNAR SADHANA
A WEEKEND IMMERSION IN YOGA FOR THE FEMININE
Experience yoga through the lens of the feminine. Embody a practice that connects with our intuitive and cyclical nature.
Many of today’s modern yoga practices have been designed by men, for men; however more than 78% of yoga practitioners are females, and so it makes sense for us as women to explore ways in which we can use yoga to support us as we move through the seasons of our lives.

Through Goddess Mythology we explore feminine energy and how to embody these qualities in your own practice and teaching.
The course offers a unique approach to the practice of yoga, a way to experience yoga sadhana ~ and thus inhabit the wisdom of your body through self-study, practice and reflection.
Aimed at yoga teachers, both new and experienced, this women-centred yoga teacher training course is a combination of theory, lectures and online learning content that provide the context to explore the practical application of teaching of women-centred yoga practices in all class settings.
