Join us for mindful moments on and off the mat, conscious rest and the joy of movement! Every body is welcome.

Together we explore pranayama, philosophy, mythology, and mantra.
Classes run as series, so you’ll experience the accumulative benefits of yoga sadhana under the guidance of a Senior Yoga Teacher.

An empowering and intuitive way to connect with your body and growing baby throughout your pregnancy, pregnancy yoga focuses on postures to build strength and create space, relieving pain and tightness whilst providing insight for birth and beyond.

All props + equipment provided under the guidance of a Senior Prenatal Teacher.

No yoga experienced needed.

The Art of Rest: Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra Teacher Training

7 + 8 June | 25 Hours | $495

Do you want to empower students to embrace practices of rest, replenishment and leaning into support?

Restorative yoga is a radical shift away from movement based practices that have become so prolific in the context of modern yoga.

Through the Art of Rest, we practice stillness, becoming better attuned to ourselves. This weekend training combines theory, lectures and practical application of restorative yoga asana, pranayama and yoga Nidra.

Open to practitioners, trainees and teachers. Limited places available.
