Hello! And Welcome Bloom Yoga! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, our Kingsley yoga studio embodies so much more than asana!

Join us for mindful moments on and off the mat, conscious rest and the joy of movement! Every body is welcome.

Together we explore pranayama, philosophy, mythology, and mantra.
Classes run as series, so you’ll experience the accumulative benefits of yoga sadhana under the guidance of a Senior Yoga Teacher.

Pregnancy Yoga 5 Week Series

20 October | 6.45pm - 7.45pm |$149

An empowering and intuitive approach to yoga for pregnancy; the focus is on postures that build strength and encourage space, especially in the muscles that need it most - not just for birth but to be able to carry your belly better and relieve any pain the hips or in the back.

Classes focus on a specific theme each week with yoga postures, breathing and meditations to prepare mind and body for birth and beyond.

All props + equipment provided under the guidance of a Senior Prenatal Teacher.

Open to ALL trimesters.

No yoga experienced needed.

Bloom’s Yoga classes are offered as a progressive and structured approach to practicing yoga; each SERIES progresses week by week introducing students to foundational concepts, yoga postures + philosophy alongside pranayama and meditation.  

Before yoga studios came into being; this was the only way to practice; consistently and under the guidance of the same teacher and group of students. 

As a long-time practitioner and teacher, I am incredibly humbled to support and connect our community through curriculum based yoga programs.

Roll, Release and Restore Yoga - Myofascial Release Workshop

Do you experience stiffness, soreness or pain from lack of movement or over-use?

Roll + Release yoga is trigger-point based.

We use props such as balls and blocks to gently massage those often forgotten areas of your body.

Designed to relieve muscle tension and pain, while releasing feel good endorphins and improving circulation. 

Not only will you feel AMAZING, you can expect to feel more relaxed and mobile after practicing roll + release yoga.
