Hello! And Welcome Bloom Yoga! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, our Kingsley yoga studio embodies so much more than asana!

Join us for mindful moments on and off the mat, conscious rest and the joy of movement! Every body is welcome.

Together we explore pranayama, philosophy, mythology, and mantra.
Classes run as series, so you’ll experience the accumulative benefits of yoga sadhana under the guidance of a Senior Yoga Teacher.

Pregnancy Yoga

5 Week Series

4 August | 6.45pm - 7.45pm | $149

An empowering and intuitive approach to yoga for pregnancy; the focus is on postures that build strength and encourage space, especially in the muscles that need it most - not just for birth but to be able to carry your belly better and relieve any pain the hips or in the back.

Classes focus on a specific theme each week with yoga postures, breathing and meditations to prepare mind and body for birth and beyond.

All props + equipment provided under the guidance of a Senior Prenatal Teacher.

Open to ALL trimesters. No yoga experienced needed.

Mum + Baby Yoga

4 August | 10.30am - 11.30am | $90

With so much focus on the new baby, these postnatal yoga classes combine therapeutic postures with mindful movement, providing a much-needed space for mum regain strength while also learning how to lean into rest and be present with your baby.

Mum and baby classes include baby massage and playtime with specially selected postures safe for a new mum’s postpartum body.

Suited for babies until they start to crawl and mums from 6 weeks onwards.

Beginners Welcome.

Move, Breathe + Grow

Term 3 Series

Designed as an 8 week series, these sessions offer consistency, connection, and the opportunity to build confidence in your practice over time.

Each class blends strength, mobility, and core-focused movement, along with mindfulness, helping you feel both grounded and empowered in your body.

Props are skilfully woven throughout class to provide individualised options and supportive modifications to meet you where you’re at.

Saturday Vinyasa: 8.15am

Monday Yin + Flow: 5.30pm

Taught with care by a Senior Yoga Teacher (that’s me!), these classes are open to all bodies and all levels. Everything is provided for you in our welcoming yoga room. Come as you are!
