Yoga for the Feminine
Experience yoga from an entirely feminine perspective. Embody a practice that connects with our intuitive and cyclical nature. Modern yoga practices were traditionally designed by men, for men; however more than 78% of yoga practitioners are females, and so it makes sense for women to explore ways in which we can use yoga to provide support as we move through the seasons of our lives.
Lunar Sadhana: Women's Yoga Teacher Training
This yoga teacher training course explores a fresh, modern perspective on yoga for the feminine; inspired through my own felt sense of many years of practice and later through research and study of yoga as a form of self-care for women.

Learn practices that support wellness for women
Our Yoga Teacher Training course embraces the rhythms, life cycles and innate body-wisdom of women. Through the goddesses of yoga we explore feminine energy and how to flow with these in your own practice and teaching.
The course offers a unique approach to the practice of yoga, a way to experience yoga sadhana ~ and thus inhabit the wisdom of your body through self-study, practice and reflection.
Aimed at yoga teachers, both new and experienced, this women-centred yoga teacher training course is a combination of theory, lectures and online learning content that provide the context to explore the practical application of teaching of women-centred yoga practices in all class settings.
