The Art of Rest has been created and facilitated by Senior Teacher, Sara Evans who has been teaching restorative yoga throughout her
15 year teaching career. This 25-hour specialty training includes a colour bound 55-page teaching manual with inspiration and insight to further your understanding of restorative yoga and yoga Nidra practices with additional learning resources available in our online learning portal.
