Service Description
Bloom's Prenatal yoga series is designed to embrace, nurture and work WITH your body at each stage of your pregnancy; while providing the insight + wisdom for the work of labour, birth + motherhood. Classes run for one hour and 15 minutes and include postures specifically to build strength and space in your pregnant body, alongside meditation and breathing techniques for mental resilience as well as postures to prepare for labour and birth under the guidance of Perth's most experienced prenatal yoga teacher and trainer, Sara. Suited for ALL trimesters, equipment and props provided, beginners and advanced students welcome.
Cancellation Policy
Please note this is a series offering, should you miss a class, a recording will be emailed to you upon request with access for 7 days. Credits and refunds are not available for missed classes; complimentary access to our online library of classes is provided in lieu of missed classes. For Masterclasses, Workshops + Retreats: a 72 hour cancellation period applies to receive a credit towards another masterclass or workshop. Credits for retreats will not be offered. For trainings 14 days notice in writing via email is required for 75% refund.
